Welcome to Turkey Creek Mesa
Turkey Creek Mesa is home to Mountain Village (a town in its own right) and several well-established neighborhoods including the Ski Ranches, West Meadows, Elk Run, The Preserve and Raspberry Patch, all of which are south of the Mountain Village entrance. The last four are high-end subdivisions, some gated, with generally larger lots with expansive views.
West Meadows, originally Skyfield, consists of 20 lots, most of which are approximately 35 acres and has arguably some of the best views in the region. Elk Run has only a few homesites that are roughly 4-6 acres and offer privacy and views, just 10 minutes from the Ski Resort. The Preserve is also exclusive with only 12 lots averaging around 13 acres each and plenty of privacy and resident wildlife. Finally, Raspberry Patch is also upscale with larger (roughly 35-acre lots) and similar privacy and views.
