Telluride is starting to see the first fall colors and the peak should be here shortly. This is one of our favorite times of year to be in the mountains and Denver Air is having a sale on flights to Telluride (TEX) from Denver (DEN) and Phoenix (PHX). Real estate sales through August continue to trend behind 2022 with dollar volume down 26% and a number of sales down 34%. Interestingly when you look at the 5-year average these numbers change to plus 8% in dollar volume through August and negative 29% in number of sales.
