Telluride's summer festival season begins this weekend with Mountainfilm and the golf course opens June 2, weather permitting. While we're still waiting for springtime sunshine, we know Telluride is about to become very busy with summertime festivals and activities.
Speaking of busy, May is the month for Notices of Valuations (NOVs) for property owners in Colorado. Values have increased considerably and should you have questions or concerns please reach out - we'd be happy to review this with you.
May is also the last month to register to vote in Mountain Village before the June 27 election. There are a number of open Town Council seats and we encourage you to get involved by registering to vote by Friday, May 26 at 5 p.m. Mountain Village is unique in that non-resident property owners with real property located within the Town of Mountain Village limits who are not legal residents of the Town may become registered electors and thus qualified to vote for more information visit www.townofmountainvillage.com.
