As we roll into the heart of spring break season Telluride has incredible snow.
The real estate market has slowed with Telluride Consulting reporting February 2023 was down 49% in dollar volume of sales (at $48.65 million) and 61% in number of sales, putting us back at February 2020 (pre-pandemic) levels, something we also saw in January of this year. That said, Telluride MLS currently shows 30 single-family homes under contract in the region with a total list price of $113.4 million.
