Cold temperatures and a few good early storms have the ski area on track to open next week, on Thanksgiving Day. There's more snow forecast starting this weekend and we are thankful for the winter weather and looking forward to getting out on the mountain!
Real estate sales in San Miguel County continue to show strong overall dollar volume but lag behind the record years of 2021 and 2022. Dollar volume through October is up 17% over 2023 while number of sales are up 2% over last year and inventory remains tight.
