Telluride’s summer festival season begins this weekend with Mountainfilm and spring is in the air. Snow on the mountain tops contrasts with the bright greens on the valley floors and area vistas are stunning this time of year.
2024 continues to bring record sales in our region, driven by low inventory and high demand. Dollar volume of sales through April was up 26 % YOY and number of sales are up 8%.
With inventory remaining tight those looking for new construction should be happy to hear that two new projects opened up presales sales earlier this month.
The much anticipated Four Seasons hotel and development will be located in the Mountain Village core and offer a selection of 40 hotel and 28 private residences, with construction scheduled to start this fall.
The Highline, also in Mountain Village, features 16 condominiums ranging in size from 3 to 5 bedrooms and located slopeside on the Meadows trail, a short walk from the gondola.
