We are a proud sponsor of this weekend's San Miguel Basin Rodeo. The Rodeo takes place in Norwood on Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27. It starts at 6 p.m. with the kids' mutton busting and the main events begin at 7 p.m. If you've never been, it's well worth the trip out to the west end of the county!
The real estate market in San Miguel County continues to march along with dollar volume up 21% over 2023 and number of sales up 1%. In certain segments of the market we are seeing some new inventory.
