With good early season snow the Ski Resort has opened a lot of the upper mountain terrain and now all we need is a strong refresher to really get things going. Looks like something is headed our way just in time for the end of the year. Think good thoughts for a white Christmas!
Unlike many markets across the country Telluride continues to be very strong with total dollar volume of sales in our county up 17% over 2023 through November and limited inventory continues to drive higher prices. We believe Telluride’s stunning natural beauty, laid back atmosphere, and the exceptional lifestyle opportunities our mountain community affords to locals and second homeowners alike will continue to drive strong demand for premium properties into 2025.
