The first half of February has been great for skiing with periods of snow and then warm sunny days and the mountain is in great shape as we head into President's Weekend.
Last month we told you January was off to a strong start. The Telluride Consulting reports confirmed this. San Miguel County saw $83.01 million in dollar volume and 29 sales in January 2024. This was an 85% increase over January 23 and a 45% increase over the prior 5-year average of dollar volume of sales. The number of sales was down 9% from the year before and dollar volume was driven by four sales of over $9.5 million.
