Greetings from Telluride's high country! The winter snow has been melting and we're seeing more and more green emerge, but a storm is forecast for the weekend so don't put away the winter gear just yet!

The real estate market in Telluride remains robust. Dollar volume of sales in San Miguel County through March was up 46% over 2023 and number of sales were up 16% YTD. First quarter numbers were driven by single family home sales in Telluride and Mountain Village and two sales over $10 million in the county.
