Last weekend the 51st annual Telluride Bluegrass festival brought live music to the box canyon and this weekend Telluride hosts the yoga festival. The Bluegrass festival featured a mix of rain and sunshine and with all that behind us it finally feels like summer in the mountains!
The real estate market in San Miguel County continues to be strong with new listings coming to market and demand remaining high. Dollar volume of sales through May was up 26% YOY and number of sales are up 3%.
