James has extensive knowledge of the local markets and inventories and was gracious and available to show us multiple properties to enable us to make informed decisions and reasonable offers on the properties. Our son-in-law, James Lucarelli helped us immensely in negotiating a fair and favorable deal before we purchased our home in Florida.
